The information architecture was organized around how a person actually arrives at the site: by condition (depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, and others), by practical question (what to expect on a visit, insurance, FAQ), and by the practice itself (about the provider, credentials, approach to care).
Each condition page was written to describe symptoms and the practice's evaluation approach in plain, non-alarming language, giving both patients and search engines a clear, specific page to match against a specific search.
Trust and credibility were built through the provider's credentials (DNP, FNP, PMHNP-BC), a description of the evaluation-first approach to care, and a straightforward insurance section rather than vague reassurance, so visitors can judge fit for themselves before calling.
A bilingual English/Spanish structure was planned from the start so Spanish-speaking patients have the same clarity and the same path to contact as English speakers.
