Marketing Websites Designed Around Your Business

A website is the one asset every marketing channel points back to. If it loads slowly, reads generically, or cannot be found in search, every dollar spent driving traffic to it is partly wasted. TK Web Services designs and builds websites for Miami and South Florida businesses, plus remote clients across the US and Europe, as complete systems: design, code, content structure and search visibility decided together instead of handed off between vendors.

This hub covers the full range of what we build — new marketing sites, redesigns of dated platforms, standalone landing pages for campaigns, ecommerce stores and content-managed sites your team can update. Each has its own page below with the detail specific to that project type; this page explains how the pieces fit together and how to choose a starting point.

What we mean by web design and development

Design and development are treated as one discipline here, not two departments. The same people who plan your page structure and visual identity also write the code that ships it, so a decision made in a mockup — a sticky header, an interactive pricing table, a multi-step form — is checked for feasibility and performance before it is approved, not discovered as a problem during build.

A marketing website's job is narrower than people assume: get the right visitor to the right page, tell them within seconds whether you do what they need, and give them one clear next step. Everything else — animation, photography, blog architecture — supports that job or it does not belong. We scope every project against that standard rather than adding pages and features because a competitor has them.

Underneath the visible design sits the part that determines whether the site is ever found: page speed, semantic HTML, structured data, clean URL structure and, for bilingual businesses, correctly separated English and Spanish content with hreflang tags. These are decided at the architecture stage, not patched in after launch.

    Problems this solves

    A site nobody can find

No local SEO foundation, no service pages, thin or duplicated content — so there is nothing for Google to rank.

A site that looks fine but converts nothing

Traffic arrives and leaves because the page never states what the visitor should do next.

    A slow, bloated build

Page builder plugins and unoptimized media push load times past the point where mobile visitors wait.

    Outgrown platform

The current site cannot add the pages, languages or integrations the business now needs without a rebuild.

    Fragmented vendors

Designer, developer and SEO consultant hand work off to each other, and details get lost at every handoff.

What we provide across web projects

    New marketing websites

Full-site builds for businesses launching or replacing an outdated online presence.

    Website redesigns

Modernizing an existing site while protecting the search rankings and content that already work.

    Landing pages for campaigns

Focused, single-goal pages built to match ad copy and convert paid or referral traffic.

    Ecommerce builds

Product catalogs, checkout flows and payment integration for stores that need to sell online.

    CMS-driven sites

Headless or traditional content management so your team can publish without touching code.

Speed and technical SEO baked in

Every build starts from a performance and search-structure baseline, not a retrofit.

How a web project typically runs

    1. Discovery

We map your services, audience, competitors and what the site needs to accomplish in the first ninety days.

    2. Scope

We decide which page type fits — full site, redesign, landing page or store — and write a fixed statement of work.

    3. Information architecture

Sitemap and page-by-page content outline agreed before any visual design begins.

    4. Design

Mobile-first templates for the key page types, reviewed with you before extending to the rest.

    5. Build

Hand-coded or CMS-backed development with performance and accessibility checks throughout, not just at the end.

    6. QA and launch

Cross-device testing, redirects where relevant, analytics and Search Console setup.

    7. Post-launch iteration

Real visitor behavior guides the first rounds of refinement once the site is live.

Why businesses choose TK Web Services

    One team, start to finish

The same people design, build and can continue optimizing the site — no handoffs between agencies.

    Search visibility from day one

Structure, speed and markup are architecture decisions, not an afterthought bolted on later.

    Bilingual by default

English and Spanish are planned as parallel, properly indexed content, not a translate-widget bolt-on.

    Written scope, no surprises

Every engagement is defined in a statement of work before development starts.

Direct access to the people building it

You talk to the designer and developer, not an account manager relaying your notes.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a new site or a redesign?
If the current site's structure, content and rankings are broadly sound but it looks dated or loads slowly, a redesign usually makes more sense — it protects what already works. If the business, services or audience have changed substantially, or the platform can't support what you need, a new build is usually cleaner. We can advise after a short review of the existing site.
How is a landing page different from a full website?
A landing page has one goal and one call to action, built to match a specific ad or campaign message. A marketing website serves many types of visitors and intents across multiple pages. Most businesses need both: a website as the permanent home, and landing pages for specific campaigns.
Can you build the site so my team can edit it?
Yes. For sites that need frequent content updates we connect a content management system so your team can publish pages, blog posts or product listings without touching code. For mostly static marketing sites, a hand-coded build is often faster and cheaper to maintain.
Will a new website hurt my current Google rankings?
Not if it is planned properly. Redesigns and migrations that lose rankings almost always come from missing redirects, deleted content or a stripped-out URL structure. We plan redirects and content mapping before launch specifically to avoid that.
Do you handle ecommerce as well as marketing sites?
Yes, we build both. Ecommerce projects add product catalog structure, checkout flow and payment processing on top of the same design and performance standards used on marketing sites.
How much does a website project cost?
It depends on the page type, page count, languages, integrations and whether content and photography are included. Every project is scoped in a written statement of work before we start, so the cost is agreed up front.
Do you work with clients outside Miami?
Yes. Miami and South Florida are a core focus, but we work remotely with clients across the US and Europe as well.

Not sure which type of web project you need?

Tell us what you're trying to fix or launch and we'll recommend the right starting point — new site, redesign, landing page or store — with a clear scope and timeline.
